Return & Exchange

 Return/Refund Conditions

1. Items received within 14 days.
2. Returned items must be unopened or intact from their original packaging. We do not accept returns that have been opened, damaged or altered in any way. If the item you received is defective/wrong, please provide the corresponding order number and a picture of the item you received.

You can always contact us with any return questions.
3. We do not accept returned items that you directly return without prior confirmation with us.
4. You are responsible for return shipping.
5. The after-sales warranty period is 14 days after receiving the package (subject to logistics information).

If you find a product quality problem during the after-sales warranty period,  please contact us immediately and send us a clear picture of the defective item. We can replace it after inspection. Please don't throw away boxes and packages until your problem is resolved.

 

Return/Refund Process

1. Please send  an email to contact@mail.benchmadesales.com first  , we will reply you as soon as possible. Please tell us your order details in the email: your name, order number, reason.

2. Put the item in its original packaging.
If the package is in good condition and the product is not opened, it will not affect the secondary sales, and it can be returned.
3. Give your package to your carrier.
Please provide the tracking number and website to track logistics information after you return the package to us.
4. We receive your return package.
Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will check once the package is in good condition and notify you to approve or deny your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit limit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 10 days.

Delayed or lost refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company and it may take some time for your refund to be officially released.
Next contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time before a refund is issued.
If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please  contact us at contact@mail.benchmadesales.com.

Exchange (if applicable)
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email  us at contact@mail.benchmadesales.com.


shipping
To return your product, you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchange to reach you may vary.

If you're shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
